PremierCare allows you to spread the cost of our comprehensive examination into regular monthly payments. In addition to this, membership entitles you to the benefits below:
- Comprehensive eye examinations as often as your Optometrist feels necessary
- Both NHS & Private patients benefit from our highest levels of service.
- A 25%* reduction in price on all purchases that you make, with the exception of contact lenses.
- This reduction can be applied in addition to any other promotions that we may run from time to time.
- Emergency appointments and appointments for tests to be repeated are included in the monthly payments, saving on the charge that we normally make for this.
- Full protection under the direct-debit guarantee, you are free to stop your payments at any time**

Terms & Conditions
- By joining the direct debit scheme, you undertake to pay us the fees set out below by monthly direct debit.

- Fees will be collected monthly by direct debit, around the 28th of each month, until you give further notice.
- Initial membership of the scheme is fixed for two years, after which you agree to remain a member for at least 3 months after each examination and \ or purchase of glasses.
- Charges are fixed for the first two years of the scheme, after which time we will notify you of any change in the direct debit fee when you attend for your examinations.
- You may leave the scheme at any time, but leaving within either of the fixed periods outlined by point 3 above will result in full charges being due for all examinations and purchases within the stated period.
- Should a payment fail, we will contact you to request alternative payment. In the event of the payment failing for 3 consecutive months we will consider you to have left the scheme. Point 5 above may then apply.
- For your membership, you will receive a Comprehensive eye examination as often as your Optometrist seems necessary.
- You will also receive a price reduction of 25% on all purchases (after a 1 year qualifying period,
during which a 15% reduction applies) with the exception of contact lenses, providing that all
optical appliances are supplied to your prescription.
- It is intended that the scheme shall continue indefinitely, although should we decide to stop the scheme we will notify you in writing 3 months before the scheme ends.
After this time, no price reductions or refunds are applicable in respect of payments that have been made.
